Kiran is a Senior Project Manager for the Omniture Consulting team and will be developing and deploying Fusion methodology for the Omniture Project Management Office. She has worked in the Analytics industry since 2005 and has focused heavily on project management of large implementations and developing ongoing strategies for her clients to ensure adoption and scalability in dynamic environments. Kiran has worked on all aspects of Discover onPremise implementations and is now responsible for developing processes and best practice solutions for complex, multi-product engagements. Prior to her entry into the web analytics arena, Kiran worked at several large consulting companies including Accenture and Cap Gemini where her main focus was on Business Process Redesign.
